The Great Witch's Daughter
Secluded deep in the Onyx Forest, Comes another day with Mother dearest. I, conceived of an uncommon bond, Mother, the Great Witch, And a blue-haired pastor, my father, Of which she was so fond. But their love was a taboo, For a Moon God’s tenet would pursue, Any man of faith’s loyalty he’d eschew, To fraternize with a practitioner of magic, That his tale would end so tragic. But not my father, Who sent us away to live safely and farther. Whilst he went into exile, And had me study magic under mother all the while. Today, once again, the lesson is summoning, My, my, mother, how exciting! And we would be able to call upon a familiar, This time mother’s reassurance would be beneficially conciliar. I’d have a cat, a crow or even a wolf cub! And so, we begin the incantation to dub, But one slip-up can summon the wrong thing… Oops! I got the words wrong… Ack! An anaconda’s wrapped around me! His coils are causing my body to strain, Oh no! Not again! But mother sets me free with a snap
